How will I know if my income proof has been rejected?

Your segment activation request may be rejected if your income proof doesn’t meet the required criteria.

In such cases:

1. You’ll receive an email and SMS with the reason(s) for rejection

2. You can re-submit the request after reviewing and correcting the document
