How can I login to my account?

To login to your Neo account -

1. Open the Kotak Securities Neo app

2. Enter your mobile number given in the field below

3. You will be taken to the enter password page where you would have to enter your password which was set during account setup process

4. Enter OTP received

5. You would be taken to the home screen after this step.
6. To login again in the future, you would just be required to launch app and enter your MPIN or OTP. If you allowed biometric access during account setup, you can also login using device biometric

1. Login to the Kotak Stock Trader Mobile Application. Add your User ID and click on Next

2. Enter Password Never share your password with anyone.

3. Enter the Access code: Access code will be sent to you registered email and phone number.

4. Enter the Face ID Or Biometric.
