The name of the Company was changed to GSS America Infotech Private Limited on June 15, 2006. The status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to GSS America Infotech Limited. The Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 7, 2006. The name of the Company was later changed to GSS Infotech Limited on May 16, 2010.GSS Infotech is a leading provider of consulting, technology, outsourcing and nextgeneration digital services.
