Kotak Securities has a centralized Franchisee team, dedicated to support the Business Associates in their day-to-day activities.

1. Migration Support

It is a dedicated team to cater to all your depository participant’s requirement and requests for both NSDL & CDSL assistance. Following are services provided by the team:

  • Account Opening Assistance
  • Account Modification for Active Accounts i.e. email, mobile, address change, etc.

2. Power Branch

Power branch is as innovative concept developed by Kotak Securities which is targeted to develop Co-ordinator business model. Co-ordinator is person who is referring clients to Kotak securities and he will get fix sharing on brokerage and full support from Kotak Power Branch. There is no risk involved for coordinator as we are giving service to clients and for transparency of business AP will get Bass and Boss access.

3. Marketing Support

Kotak Securities has a centralized marketing team, dedicated to support Business Associates in their marketing activities. Kotak Securities shall provide the marketing support with regards to below:

  • Marketing Collaterals: We provide various types of marketing collaterals like Brochures, Pamphlets, Canopies, Banners, Posters and Danglers. All of these materials are co-branded.
  • Seminars & Events: Kotak Securities organizes research seminars and other events on behalf of Business Associates. These seminars & events help you to acquire and retain clients. Support is extended completely in terms of planning and execution. Planning of the entire event, designing & printing of invites and collaterals, branding at venue is done by us.
  • Designing & Execution Support: If you want to create any collateral, material or advertisements exclusively, our marketing team will help you completely in designing of the same.
  • Outdoor Signage: To generate more business it is very important to make your presence felt in the location where you conduct your business. Kotak Securities helps you by providing high standard backlit co-branded signage to make your presence more prominent.
  • Customer Analysis & Communication: We have a team that regularly tracks the performance of your clients. Based on the performance, we help you design communication with suitable offers that will help you generate more business from clients. Special offers are circulated to induce regularity in trading and investments.

4. Training Support

Attention Investors :

1. Stock Brokers can accept securities as margin from clients only by way of pledge in the depository system w.e.f. September 1, 2020.
2. Update your mobile number & email Id with your stock broker/depository participant and receive OTP directly from depository on your email id and/or mobile number to create pledge.
3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.
4. Investors may please refer to the Exchange's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) issued vide circular reference NSE/INSP/45191 dated July 31, 2020, notice no. 20200731-7 dated July 31, 2020 and NSE/INSP/45534 dated August 31, 2020, notice no. 20200831-45 dated August 31, 2020 and other guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
5. Check your Securities /MF/ Bonds in the consolidated account statement issued by NSDL/CDSL every month.
