My segment is active, but I still can’t place an order. Why?

If your segment is showing as active but you're unable to trade, it could be due to one of the following:

  1. Your KYC (KRA) verification is incomplete — The exchange does not permit trading in accounts that aren’t KRA-verified.

  2. Your demat (DP) or bank account details are invalid or outdated

Here’s what you can do:

  1. You can check the status of your KYC, click here

  2. To place KRA verification request, click here

Important:

Requests placed before 8:30 PM → Eligible for trading next working day

Requests placed after 8:30 PM → May take up to 2 working days
