How long does it take to activate my Kotak Neo account and make it trade ready?

Account activation typically takes 2–4 working days after you complete all onboarding steps and submit your documents.

Once you successfully e-Sign the forms, your documents are usually approved by us in few hours. After that, we securely send your details to the KRA (KYC Registration Agency), Depository, and Exchanges for verification.

This external validation usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on your existing KRA status.

You’ll get an SMS and email update once your account is active. You can also track progress inside the Kotak Neo app.
