How do I set up my Kotak Securities Neo account?

Once you have installed the Neo app on your mobile, follow the below steps:

1. Enter your registered mobile number on the field provided on the launch screen of the application

2. Enter your PAN and click on continue to verify your details

3. You will then receive an email from Kotak Neo on your registered email address. Click on Setup your Neo account and open with Kotak Neo app

4. Enter the 4 digit OTP received on your registered mobile number

5. Set your password

6. Set your 6 digit M-PIN

7. Allow biometric access for faster logins

8. How do I set up my Kotak Securities Neo account?

To log in to the Kotak NEO App and submit a service request, you must have an active trading account with Kotak Securities. Service request can only be submitted for linked DP account held with Kotak Securities.
