Company is presently providing a variety of financial services including fund based and free based activities to retail and nonretail markets and niche segments. The Company was incorporated on 19th September, 1990 as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and thereafter converted in to Limited Company w.e.f. 17th September, 1994 and obtained change of name certificate on 29th September, 1994. The Company is a NonSystemically Important NonDeposit taking Non Banking Financial Company. Based on the Scale based regulations (SBR) circular issued by RBI on October 22, 2021, the company falls under the category of NBFC Base Layer (NBFCBL)..
