DLF Company background
DLF Limited was incorporated in 1946 by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh and others; later led by Kushal Pal Singh. Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, it is listed on NSE (DLF) and BSE (532868). As India’s largest real estate developer, DLF focuses on residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. Its offerings include luxury and mass-market housing, office space, shopping centres, and serviced apartments, with operations across major urban centres and a significant land bank.

DLF operates through two core verticals: Development (residential and commercial real estate sales) and Annuity (leasing of office space, malls, and hospitality assets). Revenue is generated from property sales to end-users and investors, rental income, and lease contracts.
