Founded in: 1987
United Van Der Horst Limited, popularly known as UVDHL is now a part of the Max Spare Group of companies. Earlier, it was known as Spareage Seals Limited, one of the largest suppliers of hydraulic, pneumatic and rotary seals and orings since 1959. Established in year 1990, United Van Der Horst Limited was formed as a collaboration between the UB Group (India) and Dr. Van Der Horst B.V. (Holland), the Company provides Reconditioning, Restandardizing, Reverse Engineering Manufacturing services to most of the core sectors such as Marine, Oil Field, Power Plants, Petrochemicals, Mining and other major processing industries by combining the patented Porous Krome and hard chrome plating techniques with highly specialized welding processes. The Company carried out many repairs/reconditioning manufacturing jobs well within the stipulated time frame and has maintained a high success rate of customer satisfaction. Providing superior and excellent services comes so natural for the Company, that anything less would seem illogical. The Company let the customers benefit beyond the reconditioning and manufacturing facilities inhouse by offering additional other services at customer factory premises, such as insitu machining, equipment overall and spare part supply. United Van Der Horst exchange programmed has been introduced to assist the customers in cutting costs by fast delivery of replacement units. Through efficient delivery of all reconditioned and/or spare parts, technical support and other services, customer gets first class reliability, availability and safety for all equipments. Multiskilled field service engineers can attend to problems onboard ships, rigs or platforms anywhere in world short notice. The three nos. Friedrich SchmaltzGerman make cylindrical grinding machines equipped with CNC controlled, cylindrical cum crank shaft grinding facility. The Company ensure that jobs are immediately are undertaken for precision grinding. They are capable to ground various jobs with an surface finish accuracy of 0.01 mm i.e. 10 microns.
