Samhi Hotels Ltd. is a prominent branded hotel ownership and asset management platform in India, with the third largest inventory of operational keys (owned and leased) as of 31st March 2023 (Source: JLL Report).
Within 12 years of commencing their business operations, they have successfully constructed a portfolio of 3,839 keys spread across 25 operating hotels in 12 of India's prominent urban consumption centers. These include Bengaluru (Karnataka), Hyderabad (Telangana), the National Capital Region (NCR), Pune (Maharashtra), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), and Ahmedabad (Gujarat), as of 31st March 2023. Following the completion of the ACIC Acquisition on August 10, 2023, their portfolio has expanded further, now encompassing 4,801 keys distributed across 31 operating hotels.
They have chosen to implement an acquisition-led strategy, drawing strength from their track record of acquiring and effectively revitalising hotels to drive their business expansion. Their focus lies in the acquisition or construction of predominantly business-oriented hotels.
