- Adani Enterprises reported a 12% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) decrease in its consolidated revenues for the quarter ended June (Q1FY25). On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, it witnessed a growth of 13.3%.
- Its expenses for the quarter were down by 15.8% QoQ and up by 8.6% YoY.
- The net profit grew QoQ and YoY and stood at ₹1,776 crores during Q1FY25.
- The earnings per share (EPS) of Adani Enterprises stood at 12.3 during Q1FY25.

- Revenue Growth: Adani Enterprises saw a 13.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue, reaching ₹26,067 crores for Q1FY25. However, there was a 12% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) decrease.
- Net Profit Surge: Consolidated net profit surged 161.9% YoY and 406.3% QoQ to ₹1,776 crores.
- EBITDA Rise: EBITDA grew 47% to ₹3,705 crores, with a margin of 14.6%.
- Expense Management: Total expenses decreased by 15.8% QoQ to ₹23,831 crores but increased by 8.6% YoY.
- Earnings Per Share (EPS): The EPS stood at 12.3, reflecting significant growth from the previous quarters.
