What are NCD bonds and how can I apply for them?
Debentures that cannot be converted into stock or other securities are known as non-convertible debentures (NCD).
To apply for NCD bonds, follow these simple steps:
- Login to the Kotak Stock Trading App
- Click on ‘more’ and select ‘bonds’. All available NCD bonds will be displayed
- Select the NCD bond of your choice
- Enter the order details to place the order
Note: Please ensure to have sufficient balance in your account before you proceed to place an order. Additionally, placing an order for NCD bonds is done via ASBA method and is only available for Trinity account holders.
If you’re a non-trinity account holder, please place your order for NCD bonds offline, via your RM/dealer.
