Intial public offer of 33,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Sara Solutions Limited (SSL or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 60 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 50 per equity share (the Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 19.80 crores (The Offer) comprising of fresh issue of 11,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 60 per equity shares aggregating to Rs. 6.60 crore and offer for sale of 22,00,000 equity shares by selling shareholders of Rs. 60 per equity shares aggregating to Rs. 13.20 crores, of which 1,68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each will for cash at a price of Rs. 60 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 50 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.01 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., net issue of 31,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 60 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 18.79 crores is herein after referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.31% and 28.77% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
