Kotak Education Foundation (KEF)

The Kotak Education Foundation (KEF), is the principal conduit for executing CSR initiatives in education and livelihood. KEF aids children and youth from disadvantaged families through a range of education-focused interventions and skill-building initiatives, to ensure the continuity of a child’s education. The foundation essentially extends financial support to students who are affected by the loss of an earning parent, both parents or another primary earner (aside from parents) due to COVID-19, under its "Project Shiksha Nidhi."

Project Excel aims at providing financial assistance to meritorious and under-privileged scholars to pursue higher education (10th to graduation) enabling them to live an empowered life. It is also another project implemented by Kotak Education Foundation.

Suraksha project aims at providing financial support to students with physical disabilities and assist them in continuing their education for those applicant who must belong to PwD community and should be enrolled in any year of a recognized educational institution, which may include classes 9th to 12th in schools, colleges, or universities Students who scored minimum 50 % in their previous class and in class 10th and 12th standard.
