How can I map multiple DEMAT accounts to my trading account?

DP Mapping Format along with the required documents as mentioned below, at the nearest Kotak Securities Branch:

If your demat account is not with Kotak Securities – you need to submit the Client Master List (CML) issued by the other DP. If your demat account is with Kotak Securities – no other document required but only the form submission.
