How do I unlock my account?

Choose a platform

To unlock your account -

  1. Login with your mobile/PAN and password

  2. Click on Reset password/M-PIN

  3. Enter your mobile and PAN number

  4. Click on the link sent to your registered email Please look for emails from Kotak Neo in your spam/junk/promotions folder and move it to the safe sender list if you find it there. That way all future emails from us will land directly to your 'Inbox' and you will never miss out on any important update on your Kotak Securities Neo account

  5. Open with Kotak Securities Neo app

  6. Enter the 4 digit OTP received on your registered mobile number

  7. Reset your password/M-PIN

  8. Proceed to login.

If your account is locked due to 3 or more unsuccessful login attempts, you will see a button to Unlock account.

  1. Click on ‘Unlock My Account’ and you will be asked to enter your PAN card number and Date of Birth
  1. Post verifying PAN card and Date of birth you can login to your account with the same credentials.
  2. In case you do not remember your credentials click on Forgot Password.
