Except for GTT, Bracket order and trailing SL, all features are available on the Kotak Neo app.

You have nothing to worry about. All existing open positions and margins as well as the portfolio and ledger details will be reflected in your Kotak Neo account once the migration process is completed.

To log in to your Kotak Neo account, you will need to use your registered mobile number/PAN as a user ID. Plus, you will need to set up a password and 6-digit M-PIN for easy access. If you wish, you can choose to keep the same password that you used for the Kotak Stock Trading platform. However, kindly note that the password is not auto synced.

You do not get access by default after migrating to Kotak Neo, you will have to place a request for access after conversion

Kotak Neo platform has a different set of trade API, after moving to Kotak Neo, you will have to complete the setup for Neo trade API again

Yes, downloading and using Neo app is free.

All stock SIPs created on the Kotak Stock Trader app will be seamlessly migrated to Neo. You don't need to worry about losing any of your existing SIPs & you can see all the details in the dashboard section of SIPIT.

Yes, it will.If you provide consent for migration after 4 pm, the SIP will be executed from the Kotak Stock Trader App.Else, it will be executed from the Kotak Neo app.In either case, your SIP will be executed as per schedule.

The migration will NOT impact the frequency or execution time of your existing SIPs.It will continue to execute as per the schedule you've set. However, in SIPIT, the tenure for your SIP instructions in any stock/s is perpetual. You can stop the SIP anytime with just two clicks from the dashboard section in SIPIT.

Neo will provide regular updates and notifications about the execution and status of your SIPs.You can access this information through the app or other communication channels you have opted for.Neo offers dedicated customer support to assist with any queries or issues related to your SIPs.You can reach out through the app, website, or other specified channels.

The charges for your SIPs remain consistent with the terms you agreed to when setting them up.The migration does not alter any existing fee structures.

While the migration process primarily covers SIPs from the Kotak Stock Trader app, you can set up new SIPs in Neo for a wide range of stocks and ETFs.
