Further, Company name changed from Praruh Private Limited to Praruh Technologies Private Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 22, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, the status of the Company was converted into Public Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to conversion into Public Limited dated June 27, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.Praruh is a leading ICT system integration firm dedicated to transforming businesses and driving growth through comprehensive technology solutions.
