Somaya Solar Solutions IPO

Initial public offering of up to 9,41,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each (equity shares) of Somaya Solar Solutions Limited (Somaya or SSSL or the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. []/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[] per equity share (the issue price) aggregating to Rs.[] crores (the issue). The issue includes a reservation of upto 48,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.[] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion).
