Oneindig Technologies IPO

Initial public issue of upto 29,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each (equity shares) of Oneindig Technologies Limited (Oneindig or the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. [] per equity share including a share premium of Rs. [] per equity share (the issue price) aggregating to Rs. [] crores (the issue) of which upto 2,16,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.
